Sure, I disagreed with the last five-star CT review that I read, but I really agree with Christianity Today giving Jeremy’s Recovery five stars. It deserves every one of them. It is still the best new record I have purchased this year, and it vies with The Decemberists’ The Crane Wife and M. Ward’s Post-War for best album I’ve purchased in 2007, regardless of release year. You should give it a try.

I was on my over here to post this and then saw you already got to it. Except that I was going to say that, as far as I can tell, this is only the second album they’ve given 5 stars to this year, and I agree with both.
