People often ask, “How can I help out the Square Pegs?” This is a wonderful question, and we’ve got an easy way to do it lined up for you: help promote their shows. How? Simple.

Because we believe in free stuff that uses good technology and lets people find out about information that interests them on their own time [without spam!], we’re using Upcoming.org to help organize SquarePegAlliance.net show information. As such, we’ve created a SquarePegAlliance.net group on Upcoming.org, which you should sign up to join after registering on Upcoming.

For an example [since those always help]: remember that Andrew Osenga CD release show that Ron posted about yesterday? I’ve listed that show on Upcoming. If you’re going, you can indicate your intention to attend on the site so that Andy knows that it won’t be just a handful of us there.

Now, I talked earlier about helping us out. How can you do that? You can always add shows to Upcoming yourself—if they involve the Square Pegs, send ‘em to the group and I’ll get them on the SPA.net group calendar. You can also use Upcoming to invite your friends to the show via email.
